Triggerheart Elexica is a recently released shooter for the Xbox Live Arcade. It’s basically a modern update of a popular Japanese arcade title. I’ll admit Triggerheart Elexica is kind of a bizarre name; but does it deliver a quality gaming experience? Read on to find out. When you first fire up the title, you’ll be able to choose from several different characters–all of whom look kind of the same. They have somewhat different capabilities, so it might be a good idea to play through with all of them. It will be fairly easy to just pick up and play, because the controls aren’t too bad. London based company En-Twyn have shown at CeBIT a great new networking device to make sure problems like poor Wi-Fi signal and wire clutter are kept to a minimum. The idea is simple. You share the broadband connection of one room, and users can pick it up from other rooms. The socket fits on to any regular front, and the 4 LEDs indicate power and internet activity. It allows up to 64 users to take up the circuit, but in my opinion, if you’ve got a house that big, Ethernet is the least of your worries. Sadly, there’s no word on a release ’round these parts, but those in the UK will be able to get their hands on one of these later this month for £130 (or about $260). If you’ve watched the “Lord of the Rings” films, then you’ve seen Massive Software’s technology in action. The huge battle scenes containing thousands of characters were all thanks to the company’s software, Massive Prime, and the same technology has been used more recently in the film “The Golden Compass.” The key aspect that makes Massive’s products so popular is the use of intelligent agents that show realistic behavior through their animations. You may be surprised to learn that Bill Gates has lost his position as number one in the rich list of the world. After spending 13 years at the top, Gates has slipped down to number 3 due to the recent actions of his company, Microsoft.

The main reason for Gates falling down the rankings is related to Microsoft’s share price. The recent rejected bid from Microsoft to buy Yahoo! means its share price fell sharply by around 15%. That cut into his worth and was enough to allow two people to overtake him when Forbes gathered the rich list figures this year.

Now Warren Buffet, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, sits in the top spot with an estimated worth of US$62 billion.
