MSI has introduced a new notebook with GPU Boost Technology, namely MSI CX480. The MSI CX480 notebook is comes with 14-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, powered by a 2.10GHz Intel Core i3-2310M or Intel Core i5-2410M 2.30GHz Processor with based on “Sandy Bridge platform”, 320GB up to 640GB SATA 5400rpm hard drive for storage and GeForce GT 520 1GB of graphics card with 1GB DDR3 RAM. Unfortunately, no word about release date and price at this time.
Other Specifications of the MSI CX480 laptop includes 1.3 megapixel webcam, a DVD burner, support ALS (ambient light system) to adjust the screen brightness of between 16 levels of brightness based on ambient light, two 2W speakers with SRS PC Sound and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium for operating system. For connectivity, CX480 comes with Gigabit Ethernet LAN, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, VGA output, Bluetooth 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports, 6-Cell Li-Ion (4400mAH) battery with to 8.5 hours of battery life and measures in 343 x 240 x 25.1~31.2 mm with weight of 2.2 kg.
